Hi I'm Camille Reed
I began my career as a hairstylist in the late nineties, working my way up from the entry point of the industry with nothing but skill, drive, and a commitment to figuring it out. I quickly became licensed and got educated on my craft of natural hair styling, locs, hair color services, and barbering. Within 6 years, I became a co-owner of Girlfriend’s Beauty Salon & Boutique in Washington, D.C. A little over a year later, I became the sole owner of Noire Salon in Silver Spring, Maryland. It is a name I built with my own hands over what is now very close to three decades.
Along the way, professionals started coming to work with me. Not just to learn techniques, but on how to learn to build their business, how to effectively price, and how to become leaders (How to stop being just good and start being undeniable!!)

How is The CER Method different from other beauty business coaching?
This isn't a template or a course you work through alone. It's one-on-one coaching, built entirely
around your business, your gaps, and your goals — shaped by nearly 30 years of actually running a
salon, not just teaching about one.
How do I know which package is right for me — Foundation Fix or Elevate & Expand?
Most people already have a sense of it. The Foundation Fix is for professionals 4–8 years into their
career who need stability, structure, and visibility before they scale. Elevate & Expand is for suite
owners ready to build income beyond the chair and step into real leadership. If you're not sure, that's exactly what the discovery call is for — we'll figure it out together.
What actually happens in a session?
Real, strategic work on your business — pricing, client boundaries, visibility, income streams, mindset blocks. Nothing generic, nothing recycled. Every session is built around what you walk in with.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Sessions are conducted virtually, so you can work with me no matter where your business is based.
How do I book?
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. From there, sessions for both packages are scheduled directly through HoneyBook.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready to invest at this level?
That hesitation is normal — this is a real investment. The discovery call isn't a sales call; it's a
conversation to see if this is genuinely the right next step for you, no pressure either way.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Both the Foundation Fix and Elevate & Expand packages have payment options available,
including pay-in-full and installment plans. The specifics are confirmed during the proposal process.
Who is this NOT for?
If you're just starting out and haven't built a client base yet, or you're looking for someone to do the
work for you rather than with you, this isn't the right fit — yet. This method rewards professionals
who are coachable, established, and ready to show up fully.
What results can I expect?
Every mentee who has stayed active in the industry through this coaching has gone on to become a
six-figure earner known in their niche. Results depend on your commitment between sessions, but
the roadmap is proven.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Sessions require 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48
hours' notice will be counted as completed sessions. If I need to reschedule a session, you'll be
offered a new session time at no additional cost. Coaching fees are non-refundable once the program begins, given the personalized nature of the work and the time reserved for you.
